Mr. Frank Jost, Director of Strategy of the European Commission DG Move will participate as a speaker at Railway Days 2016 – Railway PRO Investment Summit.
Mr. Jost joined EU services in 1996 where he worked as a clerk for the railway market since 2004, dealing mainly with the economic aspects of rail transport. The most important projects in which he was involved were the infrastructure charges, the accession of Western Balkans states and economic readjustment for the states with debt problems. As president of a working group composed of ministries of transport authorities, Mr. Jost supported the accession of these countries in the rail sector.
Frank Jost will give a presentation during the panel on policy measures to increase the competitiveness of the rail transport sector, on the first day of the event.
